Your Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate Pharmacy Administration Assistantto join our high performing Check-In team under the Administration Department on a Permanent Full-time basis (38 hours per week) roster from Monday to Friday.
All the training will be provided to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and contribute effectively to the team's success
The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Process scripts following company procedures.
- Support Managers / Administration Supervisor by assisting staff with enquiries specific to validity of orders or formulas.
- Thoroughly check each order after processing before progressing it to the charging team.
- Work with Administration manager, Administration Training Supervisor and Administration Supervisor to rectify errors through continued education of processing staff.
- Work with Pharmacists to ensure that orders are:
- appropriate for the designated species
- doses within the range based on literature references
- compliant with the current legislative requirements
- in line with updates to requirements and legislation that is updated from time to time
- Ensure training is up to date and all changes and amendments to internal processes and legislation are being followed.
What you will bring to our Family

- Experience in the Veterinary industry is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in Pharmacy is highly desirable.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
