Physiotherapist | Team Leader

Unmissable opportunity to join an established clinic with an MDT of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Dieticians. They are currently seeking a Physiotherapist Team Leader to manage part of their Physiotherapy team. The successful applicant will benefit from flexible working hours/days, a relaxed working environment and a tailored caseload.

As a Physiotherapist Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: 

• Reporting to the Clinical Director
• Lead a team of 3-5 New Graduate/Junior Physiotherapists and provide clinical supervision. The number of physios you manage can be dictated by you and what you feel comfortable with
• You will likely begin with 80% clinical and 20% leadership duties with the leadership duties increasing over time
• Manage a caseload tailored to your interest area. The clinic sees MSK, neurological conditions, Medicare, WorkCover and NDIS clients
• Opportunities to conduct hydrotherapy sessions if this is of interest to you
• Options to conduct home visits (if desired)

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• 4+ years postgraduate experience
