PR, Influencer & Events Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to increase the exposure of the brand in international and domestic press, influencer management across all channels, fundamental stakeholder relations and boutique events.  

The role will require you to be an established part of the PR industry with your little black book and industry connections to build the brand and achieve exciting results.

This role is unique as you will work in the hub of Byron Bay with all the coolest brands whilst striving for global reach.  We require you to be a team member in our beautiful Byron Bay HQ. We're looking for team members who can be present here, not working remotely or from home. Being together in person fosters stronger connections and enhances our collective creativity and productivity.

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Press send-outs to support campaign launches and always on media reach-outs
• Digital press events to support product lines
• Aligning with the right industry partners for key PR activations 
• Influencer management across all tiers and all channels 
• Event planning and management
• Reporting on KPIs

TO BE SUCCESSFUL 

• You will love beauty, wellness and fashion
• You’ll have a collaborative, confident and open approach to the workplace
• 2-5 years experience in a similar role
• You’ll have a long list of industry connections; if you don't have this, you are willing to go the extra mile to build your connections from day 1
• You’ll love networking, meeting new people and championing our brand.
