We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person to guide and develop FLOREAT MEDICAL and its team of doctors, nurses and support staff. FLOREAT MEDICAL is a private billing, high profile General Practice located in the Western Suburbs.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Besides overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, the Practice Manager will need to safeguard that FLOREAT MEDICAL continues to provide excellence in primary health care to all our patients. FLOREAT MEDICAL delivers this in a patient centric care model, supporting a culture of quality in healthcare services, empathy, equity and collaboration.
Administratively the role requires fostering a respectful environment and overseeing rostering of all staff, appointment scheduling, financial processes and reporting as well as creating and implementing protocols for all operational aspects of a busy general practice. In consultation with the owner, it is essential that the Practice Manager helps maintain accreditation and develops new initiatives that enhance the successful and smooth running of FLOREAT MEDICAL.
This position is ideally suited to a well organised, skilled, approachable person with significant experience in healthcare organisations. Ideally general practice experience is preferred as are formal qualifications, but not essential.
