We are looking for a talented person to join and lead our growing team at our Specialist Paediatric Dental Practice.
We are a unique, specialist paediatric dental practice known for the high level of care we provide to our kids.
The role is for full-time hours.
You will probably realise within the first few hours of working here that we are the coolest people to work with and thrive in a supportive mentoring environment and a fun workplace.
We have a fantastic team that comes to work because they enjoy what they do and just happen to be amazing with young kids.
But while we love our work, we don't work nights or weekends.
We are a specialist practice. We value our staff and they mean the world to us!
Why we exist AKA Our PurposeWe aspire to make a positive impact on the lives of every patient we see and provide the best dental care to the families we have the opportunity to see.
We are a specialist children’s dental home designed to treat little teeth in a safe, heart-centered, and joyful environment.
By enriching our patients with education and confidence, we want to create children (and families!) with good oral health, that take care of their oral well-being now and well into the future.
Our Promise to Our Patients (and each other):
- We are heart-centered - we treat each other, our patients, and anyone else related to the business with compassion, respect, and kindness.
- We are open and honest - we are honest with each other and our patients. Integrity is paramount to us; we choose what is right over what is easy. When we make mistakes we dare to own up to them despite the discomfort.
- We focus on creating genuine value - we are here to provide the best care possible to our patients. This is to create “wow” experiences at every point of contact. Equally, we are here to be the best version of ourselves to each other.
- We are mission-focused and purpose-driven - we strive to be excellent at every aspect of the practice and drive “world-class” outcomes. We pursue our desired outcomes as a team with intent and accuracy.
Who are you? To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a human being (jk we are certain you are!)
- Be a culture fit and have the ability to propel our culture forward in everything they do
- Have had experience in a customer-focused role (not necessarily in a healthcare setting!)
- Need to align yourself with our values. These are not extraordinary values btw - honest and open communication, kindness, courage, and being purpose-driven are a few critical ones. But we are certain you get the gist!
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to be shown and to learn
- Have excellent presentation skills, and the ability to engage and manage relationships
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Need the ability to manage your time, learn, and eventually delegate tasks respectfully
- Be willing to attend leadership, personal, and professional development seminars (mostly online and interstate up to twice a year if needed)
- Business/HR background/B.Commerce (not a must-have!)
- Be completely vaccinated against COVID-19 by NSW Health guidelines
