Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join their established dental practice on the Sunshine Coast.
In addition to coordinating the day to day running of the practice the role will also focus on staff leadership and engagement. We are looking for someone with their own style who can drive change programs and engage their team.
The position also requires someone with good financial understanding and business acumen as they will be involved in budgeting and forecasting. Good exposure to Microsoft excel is a must.
Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager ideally with previous experience in dental/orthodontics, but are open to anyone from the healthcare space. They are looking for a professional and energetic leader who strives for excellence and believes in empowering staff and a continual improvement mindset.
