An exciting opportunity has presented itself at nbn as a Process Improvement Lead, reporting to the Senior Manager, Process Engineering.
A bit about your role
As the Process Improvement Lead, you will engineer efficient and effective business processes that considers all needs of the Field Services balanced scorecard. This can include customer experience, employee experience, efficiency/productivity/commercial, quality and safety to drive organisational success.
In this role, you will analyse complex business process and process performance (data), identify current process gaps & inefficiencies. This is an opportunity to collaborate with leaders, SMEs and Field Solution Managers to engineer ‘to-be’ processes that enable effective digital solution design where applicable.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in process analysis, process mapping, problem solving, process engineering and end-to-end customer journey mapping. You are well-versed in project coordination and can synthesise and act on information to solve problems and remove roadblocks.
You are flexible, a team-oriented individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills who can work well under pressure and deliver to timelines.
