This role is a salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $120,859 - $133,183 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as the Procurement Manager. As the Procurement Manager you will play a crucial role in leading the management of procurement governance, including procurement systems, within Infrastructure NSW. Reporting directly to the Associate Director Procurement, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end enterprise procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with organisational objectives.
Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:
- Managing the INSW Procurement Information Management System (Portt) including managing in house training for new starters and refresher training as required.
- Producing regular reports using the Portt Platform to report on procurement performance to the Director Procurement and Business Support.
- Working with the procurement team to review and update INSW Procurement policies, guidance materials, templates and other documents as part of INSW's commitment to continuous improvement and to ensure compliance with the NSW Procurement Policy Framework.
- Managing annual attestation process for INSW's procurement accreditations including ongoing compliance review.
About You
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or showcase equivalent, relevant professional experience and training. A robust understanding of procurement principles, policies and procedures is essential. Moreover, you should demonstrate the capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, skilfully handling multiple priorities. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities are also crucial attributes we value.
