The Role:
Within this role you will undertake monitoring, management and performance reporting of procurement and contracting activities and contribute to delivery of a highly efficient procurement function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support on procurement processes.
- Review policies for compliance and analyse spend data.
- Administer tendering processes and contract management.
- Develop and maintain procurement systems.
- Provide training and maintain supplier records.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of procurement and contract management
- Proficiency in corporate computer systems.
- Relevant qualifications and/or relevant experience within a similar role.
- Current Police clearance.
