As a Product Developer, you will be at the forefront of our customer's needs, product trends and commercial insights. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end product delivery of personal care & household product plans and ensuring quality standards for the overall WFCR Strategy.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years product development experience in innovation, product development, and consumer insights with ideally specific experience in personal care and/or household and science-related bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of product, ingredients, processing, and cost makeup of goods.
- Solid organisational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability and experience to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and diverse stakeholders
