Product Development / Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Computer Aided Design (CAD) application and technical support, maintaining Invenio's internal support system.
Design and develop key components for clients, with a strong emphasis on developing Automotive parts
Achieve/Maintain CAD certifications.
Devise technical solutions to overcome design issues
Maintain media associated with software support, perform installation in-house and/or on customer sites when required.
Manage new software/hotfixes releases
Manage relationship with Dassault Systèmes tech team, with occasional ordering of new software.
Review customer requirements and provide POC/ROI along with system requirement recommendations.
Visit customer sites regularly, design value assessment visits (issues/in-efficiencies in design process).
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong hands-on technical experience using Catia (essential).
At least 5 years of industry experience in a CAD design or related role preferred.
Understanding of 2D and 3D CAD methodologies.
Understanding of computer systems, network and security concepts.
Understanding of Change & Version/Revision Management process.
Software experience (C, C++, Java etc.) an advantage.
Strong communication skills, being able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
