Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and OKRs.
- Document comprehensive product requirements, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and alignment with the product strategy.
- Provide the engineering team with clear product requirements, priorities, and timelines. Address any roadblocks or questions that arise during development.
- Maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, marketing collateral, and product announcements.
- Act as the key liaison with our marketing team to enable effective and impactful product marketing communications.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations. Showcase how the product can address a customer's specific challenges and provide a tailored experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of leading end-to-end product lifecycles, from feature discovery to production release.
- Customer-centric mindset, capable of balancing future opportunities with immediate needs.
- Data-driven approach, with a focus on defining success metrics and measuring progress against them.
- Comfort with technical products and some exposure to APIs and SQL.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A desire and drive to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
