THE OPPORTUNITY
Excellent opportunity to build your career in a respected MedTech company in a permanent marketing role. Reporting to the Group Marketing Lead - Surgical, you will be responsible for designing and implementing product and procedural specific marketing strategies, plans and technical training which support the achievement of business plans for the Endocutter portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies which contribute to increased unit growth, profitability, and market share for product portfolios. Optimize New Product Introductions (Launch Excellence Process).
- Manage dynamic forecast for product portfolio through regular review of sales trends and market issues.
- Influence learning and behavior change through the delivery of product and procedure training to Surgeons via digital mediums and in partnership with relevant societies. Execution of portfolio related Professional Education Strategies
- Contributes to compliance with both corporate and regulatory standards. Manage business and division within Credo and ethical standards. Behavior displayed reflects J&J Business Conduct Standards.
- Develop internal processes with sales management teams to ensure relevant marketing strategies and technical product & procedure support is available to meet sales account team needs.
