We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections (day program) and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the SIL Strengthening Program, a pivotal initiative within our multi-year transformation program, Amplify. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring efficient program delivery to enable the improvement of Scope’s largest service, and enhancement of client experience. This role requires a generalist project or Program Manager with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
About the Role:
As the Program Manager for the SIL Strengthening Program, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Workstream Leads to manage program delivery
- Managing program constraints, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality across individual streams.
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify and manage dependencies, ensuring successful results and managing expectations.
- Chairing program meetings, facilitating productive discussions, and leading reporting on program success criteria.

About You:
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a results-oriented environment and possesses the following qualities:
- Generalist Project or Program Management Skills: Proven experience in managing projects with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes within scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring collaboration and successful project delivery.
- Strong Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at facilitating productive discussions and leading program reporting.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: Ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate multiple project activities, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and organizational excellence.
- Solutions-Focused: Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to identify and execute ideas for enhancing project efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Project Management qualifications or equivalent experience
- Experience in program management and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong team working and influencing capability.
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and identify solutions.
- Experience in planning and coordinating efficient and productive team activity.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the disability sector valued.
