PositionOverview 

The Project Administrator at Cutting Edges Equipment Parts plays a pivotal role in supporting major business projects by effectively coordinating and administering project processes from inception to completion. This role involves liaising with product specialists and engineers to understand and direct the operating environments and machinery, thereby identifying tailored solutions to meet unique requirements. Additionally, the Project Administrator oversees site and factory audits, product support, and collaborates with the dedicated Research and Development (R&D) team to enhance existing products and develop new solutions.

Duties

• Provide daily support to project teams, coordinating with product specialists and engineers as directed by management.
• Collect and analyse project data, reporting on outcomes to ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and advising on strategy
• Coordinate site audits, personally attending sites to audit operating environments, inspect machinery, and identify required parts.
• Work closely with the R&D team to improve existing products and develop new solutions, ensuring industry-leading safety, speed, performance, and productivity.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning programs, projects, and services provided, including providing product support and on-site post-sale service.
• Create and update workflows to streamline project processes and ensure efficient delivery of projects.
• Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the company’s activities, including cost control, reporting and risk analysis 
• Provide specific administrative assistance as required to support project execution and completion
• Lead and mentor small project services team

Requirements

• AQF Diploma or higher, with qualifications in Business fields considered on a case-to-case basis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Language skills in Korean and Kazakh (Russian) are advantageous.
• Product knowledge and experience in mine site operations, mining projects, and product manufacturing is essential 
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, and Health & Safety regulations
• Responsive to change and challenges in the workplace, leading change programs and driving continuous workplace environment
• Operationalises strategic plans and initiatives in complex, highly regulated environments
• Proficient time management skills with a strong sense of urgency.
• Proven record in policy and program development and implementation
• Strong understanding of Quality and licence to operate expectations
• Experience in Microsoft Projects and computer literacy in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in Pronto enterprise management system desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within compliance parameters
• Full driving licence & ability to drive to remote locations
• Full passport with experience overseas visits
