We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-drivenProject Administrator to join our Fredon WA Electrical CSG team located in Bayswater on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Client Services Group Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for providing office support that is vital to the smooth running of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and re-directing calls as required
- Processing invoices and monthly progress claims
- Raising and amending supplier purchase orders
- Ability to communicate information into spreadsheets as required by the project team
- Document control as required by the project team
- General administrative duties such as processing paperwork, filing, archiving
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as an administrator within the trade services industry is preferred but not essential
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient manner
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude
