UGL are currently seeking interest from Project Administrator’s to join our regional team in Gladstone, QLD. This opportunity will see you join a reputable company with a highly experienced team who work together to develop and provide solutions for our customer.
About the role
In this role, you will provide project administration support to the broader team and UGL project stakeholders across various contracts. Three main objectives in this role are time sheeting /purchasing and general admin along with providing assistance to the project manager on a daily basis.

- Onboard employees with relevant inductions, training, and certificates
- Create purchase orders, goods receipt, and process vendor requests
- Administer communication with employees.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction with effective job management
- Maintain the data integrity of the contract financial data in SAP
- Understand and comply with all company procedures
