Job description
We are looking for a Project Administrator who can support our Ecological Restoration team. The position will be responsible for administrative duties associated with the operation of this team, including (but not limited to) tasks such as systems and document management, raising invoices, responding to incoming calls and enquiries, travel bookings, coordinating team meetings and events and supporting tender submissions.
The role will also be responsible for coordinating tasks required to maintain the Gold Coast office, including setting up workspaces, directing calls, collecting mail / deliveries, organising office supplies, preparation of meeting rooms, organising office-based social events, etc.
The successful candidate will ideally be based in our Gold Coast Office, with regular office collaboration with the Ecological Restoration team and wider Ecosure staff.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic admin all-rounder with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. In this role, you will report to the Business Manager and will be interacting with various other internal and external stakeholders, so great interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills are essential.
To be successful in this position you will have:
Experience as a Project Administrator or another similar role,
Certificate in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications,
Strong organisation and time-management skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office,
Meticulous attention to detail,
Proven ability to achieve targets and objectives through the delivery of administrative and reporting functions,
Highly developed oral and written communication skills that support a proactive, professional and customer-focused approach,
The ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and work with a wide range of individuals,
A high level of initiative and the ability to think outside the box with a preparedness to learn and adapt to new work practices, systems and procedures.

The following skills and attributes would be highly regarded:
Experience with managing projects in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or exposure to NetSuite
