Form of workSummary:Purpose of the Position: As an administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our projects in Darwin by ensuring all paperwork, invoices, quotes, and OQEs are accurate, complete, and timely. You will also monitor incoming emails, review receipts, and approve purchase orders in our task software program Aroflo. You will work closely with our project managers and supervisors to provide high-quality administrative services assisting with creating job packs, review Quotes, OQE, and daily task packs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing effective administration services directly to the project team
- Prepare information for propagation to others; maintain and update records
- Providing a timely response to information requests from clients, suppliers, divisional services, and the project team
- Work closely with the Project Manager to understand project priorities, and ensure these are appropriately communicated to the team where possible
- Ensuring all workers have completed inductions and site requirements before their start date.
