The Role
Take this newly created Project Administrator role and run with it! Based at our Canning Vale office, reporting to the Program Manager, you will provide professional coordination, administrative and documentation support to the project as required, including;
Managing our workers training and compliance
Coordinating procurement of services and goods
Claim/Invoicing Support
Facilitating weekly Timesheet processes
Administrative Support and Office Operations
Assisting with generating monthly reporting
About You
You are skilled at being the glue between our Managers, Supervisors, Lineworkers & Client, remaining actively involved in day-to-day tasks and long-term goals
You are a self-starer capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
You are an advanced critical thinker & a problem solver with a positive can do attitude
You proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies
You are a pro with the MS Office suite of apps and have used SAP
You like to have a laugh!
