Project Communication Support Officer
Location: ACT, SA, VIC
Role Responsibilities:
# Produce compelling multi-channel communication initiatives, promoting key project and organisational messages including emails, newsletters, brochures, flyers, factsheets, presentations, and web pages
# Contribute to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts, including templates, branding and messaging guides and standards
# Work closely with projects, helping to translate complex information into clear and simple concepts that meet stakeholder information needs
# Assist projects with the development of communication plans as required
# Evaluate activities to ensure communication objectives are met
# Contribute to the execution and update of communication and digital marketing strategies
# Create and maintain strong client engagement with stakeholders, encouraging genuine feedback, through a variety of consultation techniques
# Collaborate with researchers and internal staff to develop engaging communications that connect with researchers and build strong relationships (SharePoint, websites, tools, guides, etc.)
# Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement and solve problems quickly and effectively
Key Experience:
# Experience producing compelling multi-channel communication initiatives, promoting key project and organisational messages including emails, newsletters, brochures, flyers, factsheets, presentations, and web pages
# Experience assisting projects with the development of communication plans as required
# Experience collaborating with researchers and internal staff to develop engaging communications that connect with researchers and build strong relationships (SharePoint, websites, tools, guides, etc.)
# Experience contributing to the execution and update of communication and digital marketing strategies
