We are currently partnering with a Victorian State Government Department on a Digital Transformation Project and are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on this project for a 3 month contract position.

The role will be based in Melbourne in a hybrid working environment.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking Project Coordinator to assist with the management of a Data Centre project.

This involves actively managing projects to assist with this objective as well as tracking and monitoring other dependent projects.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum 3 year of experience providing Project Co-ordination services on ICT delivery projects.
  • Experience providing project co-ordination services over multiple concurrent projects within a program of work.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge and experience with financial management, assignments may include budget tracking and reporting on project spend vs actuals.
  • Knowledge and experience with project reporting, including status reports, updates to project schedules, and contributions to project steering committee packs.
  • Experience scheduling, establishing agendas and taking minutes/actions from project meetings.
  • Experience maintaining issues and risk logs.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office products, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to foster relationships with a range of stakeholders, projects teams and vendors.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and the ability to prioritise and track assignments.
  • Experience with MS Project, and or other reporting tools such as Zeno.
  • Experience tracking resource assignment/allocation.
