We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator with a great work ethic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable liaising with clients in a professional manner via phone and email. It would be advantageous if you are familiar with construction plans, but your attitude towards learning will be more highly regarded.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with our sales, estimating, and warehouse team to ensure installations are completed on time and to a professional standard.
The applicant must have the following:
- previous coordination/scheduling experience;
- background in the building industry;
- strong project and time management skills;
- ability to work as part of a team and to tight deadlines;
- excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- sound mathematical ability;
- computer skills are essential;
- full working rights in Australia only
Desirable skills for the successful candidate:
- ability to read architectural drawings and interpret technical information;
- develop and understand OH&S and Australian Standards
