We are looking for a Project Manager to work on a full-time basis in our Melbourne CBD office across a range of digital projects, working with our existing Service Delivery & PM team to help provide Delivery Leadership while also delivering projects yourself.

About the role
- Act as a Delivery Leader, mentoring 1 x junior Service Delivery Manager & 1 x Senior Service Delivery Manager, plus 3 (offshore) mid-weight PM's.
- Develop and maintain all project related control documentation
- Plan, direct, and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement projects through final operational stage through to a business-as-usual state
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project to ensure successful delivery
- Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and satisfactory completion project through managing business and impacts
- Act as the escalation point of contact, more complicated project issues
- Initiate, develop and maintain strong and effective internal and external networks that are relevant to meeting the completion of project
- Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of project including dependencies across projects, business impact, and technical complexity
- Ensure that realistic project, quality, and change control plans are prepared and maintained while providing regular and accurate updates to stakeholders as appropriate
- Lead the project change management process and ensure deliverables are completed within planned cost, time-frame, and resource budgets are signed off
- Assist with pipeline demands coordinating estimations and consulting with stakeholders
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management within Digital/IT/Tech applications domains (exposure to Drupal, Kentico, D365, PowerPlatforms or Digital is a big bonus)
- Strong attention to detail for project reporting and finances
- Proven flare for verbal and face to face communication rather than sitting behind written communication all the time
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills, and the ability to adapt these to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proven capability in formal writing via correspondences with numerous parties
- Strong risk management both project risk/enterprise risk and issue management for assessing potential impacts to project performance and to the Business
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
