Work Arrangement - Hybrid
Location - Camberwell, Victoria, Australia
Rates - $800 - $950
Project
The council is embarking on an exciting journey to replace their legacy core systems Including CRM, Finance, Asset Management, Procurement and Property and Rating to handle emerging technology and innovations more effectively in future. With this upgrade the council will transition from legacy disparate, proprietary, and disconnected systems to an Oracle Cloud based enterprise platform comprising all the core systems interconnected with each other.
Your new role
Hence council is seeking an experience and highly capable Senior Project Manager to manage the end-2-delivery of the ERP project and coordinate and govern the activities and interdependencies between other projects within the program.
Accountabilities
- Lead all phases of project management for the project with multiple interdependencies identified as priorities across the organization.
- Effective management and coordination of project(s) on day-to-day basis using agile or waterfall practices, processes and rituals.
- Manage detailed financial and budgets associate with projects.
- Manage, track and monitor project scope, resourcing, delivery scheduling, changes, training, project dependencies and issues, mitigating risks and identifying and removing barriers as they occur.
- Manage external and internal business stakeholders, vendors and cross functional teams to build common direction, ownership, and role transparency and accountability.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in managing large scale ERP implementation program ideally based on Oracle in a complex environment.
- Extensive experience Project Management and delivery across small to large scale, complex projects both customer facing and internal IT applications - government sector an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating the creation and update of project plans as required.
- Demonstrated ability and expertise in building and sustaining positive collaborative relationships with internal technical and business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Excellent project reporting, scope, budget, time management and planning skills.
- Ability to track project issues and risks and their corresponding probability, impact, and mitigation.
