About the role
This role is primarily responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Regulatory compliance projects ensuring delivery of outcomes within agreed scope, timeframes, budgets and quality standards.
Positioned within the Cbus Transformation team this role would be managing projects initiated in response to Regulatory change including CPS230 and other Regulations impacting the Superannuation industry.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in the end-to-end delivery of Regulatory compliance projects within a complex financial services environment covering impacts on relevant Business and IT areas.
Ideally you will have a background in regulatory compliance in a Superannuation setting or similar with a strong understanding in Operational Risk and controls.
You will excel in the core disciplines of Project Management and be able to articulate your experience to deliver projects to agreed scope, objectives and outcomes (time cost, quality and satisfaction) to maximise business acceptance, realisation of benefits and compliance with regulations .
You will be skilled in establishing and maintaining effective and sustainable relationships with all key stakeholders (i.e. Project, Business, Technology, Member / Employer and Partners) as required to optimise delivery success whilst optimising change readiness to ensure all teams are aligned and implementation ready
You will provide effective project team leadership to inspire, motivate and optimise the potential of the team , whilst actively applying effective project governance and controls to deliver quality outcomes covering the management of Scope (incl. Change Control), Stakeholders, Schedules, Financials, Resources, Risks and Issues.
