The Yarra Valley Excavations business specialises in the design and installation of civil water and sewer infrastructure solutions in Victoria. Due to a strong start to 2024, we are currently seeking Project Managers to continue to support our growth in Victoria.
Some aspect of the role includes but are not limited to
Liaising and managing client relationships
Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
Involvement in the full cycle of tendering process
Effective project planning and programming
Involvement in the claims process and invoice approvals
Competently review and execute contracts
Manage Water and Sewer projects.
Client and Consultant relationship management
Compilation and review of Subcontractor Certifications
Complete and maintain safety audits
Skills and Experience
Engineering Degree (Ideally Civil)
Competent understanding of MRWA Standards
Previous experience in Water or Sewer Reticulation projects
Strong client relationship management
Excellent rapport with subcontractors
Extensive Contract management experience
