Bridgeman has been delivering end-to-end solutions in Queensland and across Australia for more than 25 yrs. We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager seeking a leadership role with growth opportunities to join our team based in Brisbane (Brendale).

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end project execution, from planning to resource allocation.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Actively investigating and implementing safety, productivity, quality and cost initiatives.
- Ensuring projects adhere to specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
About You
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in project management, gained in the metal or construction industry.
- A strong focus on safety standards.
- Experience and knowledge of construction including working on tier 1 commercial construction projects.
- Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and budgetary limitations.
- A great work ethic, positive attitude, customer focus and commitment to quality outcomes
- A strong sense of purpose, integrity, and community focus - aligning with our company values and ethics.
