The Role
This position entails independent work on a range of projects, involving direct client interaction aimed at fostering long-term partnerships. As a Project Manager, your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of key projects from initiation to conclusion. Your duties will encompass, among others:
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Formulating and overseeing project briefs.
- Guiding the design and approval procedures.
- Facilitating project meetings as the lead.
Our client is in search of a seasoned Client-Side Project Manager boasting substantial expertise and hands-on involvement in commercial, industrial, retail, or healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge-driven experience, a genuine passion for the industry, and the capacity to operate independently within a small team tackling a wide array of tasks. Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Extensive experience, particularly in office fit-outs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication skills for liaison with key stakeholders and leadership in project meetings.
