A large government agency is seeking a Project Officer for a webpage based project. This contract will be for 3 months. The purpose of the role is to ensure the webpage acknowledges the connection of Aboriginal joint management Custodian partners to the relevant national parks and promotes the work of these groups to protect culture, heritage and the environment.Project Officer will be responsible for reviewing, coordinating and updating the public webpage to accurately reflect all current Aboriginal joint management agreements and Custodian partners.
Key Responsbilities
- Creating templates
- Procuring and collating information from NPWS Area and joint management staff and Custodian partners
- Writing and editing webpage copy
- Obtaining internal approvals
- Sourcing and commissioning photography
- Working with the NPWS Content team to finalise webpage updates in a consistent and comprehensive manner.
- Experience in development and delivery of projects, including the development of project plans, monitoring of project timelines, budgets and reporting requirements, and contract administration.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant working experience in project management.
