Deicorp Properties Pty Ltd is the Sales & Development division for the Deicorp group of companies - an award winning Construction and Development Group based in Redfern, currently undertaking iconic developments in the Sydney metro area.
As a result of our strong pipeline of projects under construction, recently completed stock and consistent lead sources, we are currently seeking a number of Project Sales Professionals to join our growing team.
Working directly for the Developer, the role involves:
- Assisting purchasers through the sales process
- Contributing to sales activities and events
- Representing the Deicorp brand at the project display suites
- Strict adherence to, and maintenance of the groups Salesforce management system and processes.
- Communication with Sales Professionals, customers, Real Estate agents and other key stakeholders
- Contribute to and maintain the competitor databases
At minimum, you will hold a Class 2 Real Estate license, with up-to-date CPD hours.
You will bring enthusiasm, energy and desire to step into this full-time Sales Professional role to understand the needs and aspirations of our clients and be a major contributor to an existing high performing team. Working Saturday and Sunday is essential with preference given to previous “off the plan” sales experience.
