Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key staff members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project plans and strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Conduct research, gather and analyse data to inform project decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Create, maintain, and update project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project operations.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrated interest and experience in project management and support.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
