Duties would include, but not limited to:
Customer Relations:
- Manage tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and oversee lease negotiations and renewals.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate regularly with Landlords and attend to enquiries and request.
Property Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are in good condition.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors, oversee maintenance work, and ensure quality standards are met.
Financial Management:
- Manage billing processes, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Arrears management
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure all property activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Stay updated with changes in the legal and regulatory landscape affecting property management.
- Handle lease agreements, evictions, and legal disputes in accordance with the law.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions and tenant information.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient property management.
The position requires
- High level of attention to detail, and commitment to providing a quality service
- A current Queensland certificate of registration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on outstanding customer service
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions in the best interest of customers, whilst maintaining a calm demeanor
- Confidence to deal with clients including tradespeople, landlords, and tenants
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work within a team
- Current Drivers License
