Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 120 properties
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections and property maintenance
- Coordinate leasing activities
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local rental market
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
- Monday to Friday only - occasional Saturday (1 a month!)
