Ideally, if you're seeking an assistant role, you will have worked in a similar assistant or administrative role but it is not essential.
Ideally, if you're seeking a Property Manager role, you will have experience and knowledge that we can tap into and help you grow to greater heights.
Administrative background and experience is essential at the very minimum.
You need to be a dynamic self-starter with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
The assistant role involves:
- Working with our investment team to help manage the portfolios
- Assisting with leasing and applications
- Organising, scheduling and assisting with home opens, routine inspections and exit inspections
- Communicating with property owners, tenants and suppliers
The property management role involves:
- Managing your own portfolio within our busy team
- Marketing and advertising of properties
- Negotiating lease renewal and rent increase terms
- Liaison between tenants and property owners
- Coordinating maintenance schedule with Maintenance Coordinator
- Coordinating inspection schedule with Inspections Team
- Providing outstanding communication and customer service
