We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to join our awesome team on a fulltime basis.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Become the Purchasing Champion!
- Accurate entry of data into the ERP and supporting systems
- Raise purchase orders and related entries.
- Monitor inventory and forecast to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate and track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Be the triage lead for any supplier related inquiries
About you, qualifications & experience
- Strong understanding of Purchasing processes and principles in particular importing.
- Trained in Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Control. (Tertiary qualifications an advantage)
- An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
- Proactive, flexible, highly motivated and organised
- Experience with MYOB advanced and Netstock desired
