About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Ability to provide high level strategic and authoritative policy advice and solutions on complex public policy issues relevant to the CCC.
- Ability to evaluate policy options and support the development of new policies and processes that align with agency objectives, government legislation and community expectations.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, achieving project outcomes, and balancing multiple tasks within tight timeframes, including the development and management of methodologies to achieve project outcomes and implement organisational change.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships to achieve policy outcomes, including experience liaising, consulting and negotiating effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate the ability to present complex information concisely to a variety of audiences, including preparing reports, submissions, briefing notes, presentations and policies.
