This newly created role at NoosaCare will be highly important as it delivers all aspects of administrative support and quality assurance to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the broader NoosaCare team. This position will ensure that all operational quality assurance aspects of NoosaCare team are addressed and managed efficiently and effectively. This is an agile role that requires a diverse range of skills and abilities. As Quality Administration Assistant for the Operational team at NoosaCare you will:
- Work in a high performing team and efficiently carry out a variety of tasks and assignments.
- Work closely with the Department Heads to ensure that all required quality reporting is coordinated and reported to the COO.
- Ensure the COO is briefed on any operational quality issues.
- Work collaboratively and with direction from the Quality and Compliance Coordinator clinical.
- Privacy and confidentiality are always maintained.
- Extensive and competent use of Microsoft products and high-level proficiency including multiple electronic data and cloud-based platforms.
- Coordinating the document coordination of quality related information.
- Support project management related to quality and compliance activities.
- Manage operational quality meeting requirements including booking rooms, inviting and scheduling participants, developing agenda’s and completing minutes.
- Meet with and document all resident feedback related to the quality requirements of NoosaCare.
- Undertake the development of reports including (but not limited to) collating information for board reports, quality, and audit requirements.
- Carry out any other tasks reasonably assigned to you.
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience in providing Quality Administration support.
- Friendly, positive, and empathetic attitude.
- Qualifications and/or experience in business administration.
- Strong work ethic and an empathic attitude and the ability to provide high quality service.
- The ability to be accountable, working both as part of a team and autonomously at times.
- Strong and diverse communication skills.
