Quality Assurance Officer - Apac

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our APAC team within the Operations department. As a permanent, full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services across the Asia-Pacific region. Your day to day will include:

• Own the process at MST, where you will oversee Quality Assurance for the APAC region, coordinate audits, chair quality meetings and presenting finding to the executive level;
• Ensure accurate record keeping, maintenance of quality registers, documentation and data entry of quality related information; 
• Drive continuous improvement processes across MST, educating your colleagues on best practice along the way; 
• Champion a safety culture, promoting safety compliance, completing audits and proactively seeking solutions. 

What does success look like?

• 2-3 years’ experience in a quality role, ideally within mining, IT/communications, or manufacturing 
• Strong working knowledge of ISO3400 & ISO9001, and Lean Six Sigma 
• Experience drafting, reviewing or editing policies, procedures or pro-forma’s
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise workload 
• Sound understanding of the mining market and ecosystem (highly desirable)
