Digital Delivery is an innovative and energetic team working with agencies across government to provide web publishing services for the following Queenslandm Government websites and databases:

• Business Queensland website
• DESBT corporate website
• Employment and jobs website
• Business Launchpad
• Australian Business Licence and Information Service

As Quality Assurance Officer you will:

• Help Queensland businesses understand what licences, permits and regulatory information they need to operate. The Digital Delivery team manages two related products to provide this information, that are both featured within the Business Queensland website:

o The Australian Business Licence and Information Service (ABLIS)
o The Business Launchpad (BLP).

• Engage with, build, and maintain relationships with representatives of government agencies, including being a point of contact for federal, state, and local governments and third-party suppliers supporting the ABLIS and BLP services. Supporting the Lead Quality Assurance and Engagement Officer, you will:
• Check and maintain the accuracy of content and records in the products
• Contribute to projects to improve the products (identifying new features).
• Identify opportunities to promote the BLP product to end users (businesses) and stakeholders (other agencies, departments, and teams in local, state, or federal levels).
• Help support business owners with questions they have about using the products
• Support testing and content validation of BLP
• Undertake other ad hoc duties to support the activities of the Digital Delivery team
