A great opportunity now exists for an Experienced Logistics Administrator to join our Distribution Centre Team at our Huntingwood facility.
About the Role: This full-time role is responsible for the collating & processing of orders for external finishing, data entry , liaising with our internal / external customers & suppliers regarding deliveries and orders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be an all-rounder for administrative support
- Collating and processing of external finishing orders
- Daily Inventory Cycle Counting Schedule & Yearly Stocktake.
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Credit processing & reporting for customers & suppliers.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated Administrator who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.
To be considered applicants MUST have:
- previous experience in a logistics industry
- high level data entry skills
- excellent attention to detail
- a reliable / stable work history with a good attitude to safety
- attention to detail; and an ability to work autonomously
- the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.
