They provide agents and property managers with the support they need to list, lease and sell, and help clients along their way to finding a new home. Our receptionist:
- Direct and handle inbound client calls
- Maintaining office presentation and organisation
- Assisting with printing and clerical tasks
- Assisting with preparing mailouts and marketing tasks
- Handling high volume email enquiries and requests
- Opening and closing the office
- Assisting with property management or sales tasks as needed.
Receptionist Skills and Experience:
- Experience with VaultRE, Property Me or similar Real Estate CRM
- Experience in Customer Service and Administration
- Experience with Google Docs or Microsoft Office
