The position of Sales Associate allows the candidate time to develop the skills required for the listing and selling of Real Estate.
The position
- Developing good relationships with new clients
- Prospect for new business and manage an effective CRM
- Conduct open for inspections and assist on auction days
- Attend property listing presentations
- Weekly Real Estate training
The attributes
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agents Representative Certificate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Above the line thinking approach to all tasks
- A current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Great personal presentation
