As an experienced Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and exceeding customer expectations.  

Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads to expand client base.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalised guidance throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and present compelling property listings to potential buyers.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies. 

Requirements:

• Agents Representative certificate/ Cert IV in Real Estate.
• Minimum 1 year Real Estate Sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local Real Estate market trends and regulations.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Experience working with  relevant Real Estate software and tools.
