  • 8am to 4pm Mon to Thurs, 8am to 12 noon Friday
About the Role:
Our client enjoys being able to improve the daily lives of their clients, through the assessment, manufacture and design of bespoke orthopaedic bracing to fit the musculoskeletal system, including artificial limbs, braces and supports.  They help clients from all walks of life, including high profile NRL and AFL players as well as everyday people, suffering from cerebral palsy, scholiosis or similar.

They are now seeking a highly motivated, dedicated individual who has a minimum of 12 months experience in Medical Administration to support their team.  You will need to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of patients of all ages and cultures.  Your role will see you undertaking a variety of duties, including answering calls and enquiries, greeting clients in a polite friendly manner, scheduling appointments and general administrative tasks.

Duties:
  • Meeting and greeting patients & collection of patient details
  • Answering incoming calls 
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • General administration support to clinicians
  • Data entry and maintenance of patient information
  • Processing incoming emails and referrals
  • Collect and processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process incoming and outgoing stock
  • General office administration duties
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in medical reception/administration
  • Strong attention to detail, whilst prioritising and working to deadlines
  • Exceptional communicator capable of engaging and building effective relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent computer skills with accurate typing and data entry ability
  • A willingness to learn with an adaptable and flexible approach
  • "Can-Do" customer focused attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Available to work across both Clinics located in the Inner City and Northern Suburbs area
  • Current drivers licence and own vehicle required
  • Knowledge of NDIS an advantage
