Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this challenging role will involve managing a busy front reception desk, making appointments, processing health fund claims, filing, attending to patients, cleaning treatment rooms, liaising with insurance companies, Dictaphone typing and helping with various administration jobs. Good computer knowledge, Nookal an advantage, Office 365, Typing. If you love dealing with people and thrive in a fast paced working environment then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Our Clinic is open 6 days a week from 7am to 8.30pm therefore the position will suit someone who is flexible and has the capacity to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings. Experience in an Allied Health Clinic is preferred.
