Qualifications & experience
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service with an administration focus
- Sound knowledge of confidentiality
- Capacity to show initiative and work both independently and in a team environment
- Customer friendly approach
- Intermediate computer skills including word and excel
Tasks & responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for employees and visitors attending the facility
- Provide support to Administration Coordinator to ensure the efficient functioning of the reception area.
- Collection and distribution of mail
- Answering and redirecting telephone calls
- Receipting payments
- Data entry
