AddressWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team at our laser cutting and fabrication business in Campbellfield.
Since 1995 Arrow Laser has been providing high quality laser cutting services to manufacturers around Melbourne and interstate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administration and bookkeeping tasks. These tasks include:
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Answering phones
- Entering purchases
- Paying suppliers
- Recording customer payments
- Booking couriers
- Weekly payroll
The person MUST:
- live locally (Northern Melbourne metro or surrounds)
- hold a current driver's license and own vehicle
- have MYOB AccountRight experience
- have Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- be a quick learner
- have excellent written & verbal English skills
This position is part time permanent or casual. Approximately 2-3 hours per day, 2-3 days per week. Hourly rate will depend on skills, age, experience and attitude.
