About the role:
As the face of Bowens Support Office, you will greet visitors and serve as the primary contact for all external visitors and employees. Your responsibilities include managing office supplies, office services, business cards, and mail, as well as assisting in maintaining the Bowens intranet. You will also help with presentation preparation, organize senior leadership meetings, and coordinate events. Additionally, you will handle queries via phone, email, and other general correspondence, while managing diaries and meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of Bowens greeting visitors and being the first point of contact for all external visitors and employees
- Manage office supplies, office services, business cards and mail
- Assist your manager in maintaining the Bowens intranet
- Assist with presentation preparation, organise senior leadership meetings and event co-ordination
- Handle all queries via phone, email and other general correspondence
- Diary and meeting room management
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Strong administration skills and highly organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with others and work with all levels of management
- Highly energetic individual with ability to warmly greet our visitors and employees
