We are looking for an energetic and personable Reception/Office/Administration Assistant to join our Sydney team. We are a collaborative, award-winning Architectural and Interior Design office located in the Historic Jones Bay Wharf Building looking over Sydney Harbour.

The Role
You will be the main point of contact for visitors to the office, managing front desk, screening calls, organising meeting rooms whilst managing much of the administrative tasks in the office. The role includes providing some administrative support to our directors. You will assist our social committee in event planning. Further the role includes some graphic work, creation of presentations. Plus ad hoc administrative duties as required.
